If you would like to submit comments to all members of the City of Breezy Point City Council feel free use the webform provided on this page below. The City Council, City Administrator, and Assistant City Administrator will receive your provided name, email, and comments/questions individually and the City Administrator will respond to you directly if there is need.
If you would like to submit comments to a specific Council Member, please click on the email button provided to the right of their name and title.
Please note, the webform provided below is designed to aid in the City's compliance with MN Open Meeting Regulations. If email communication is sent to all members via email in a group or serial process (one at a time) this qualifies as a Public Meeting and Public Record under Minnesota state Statute. If City Council members reply to an email in this format, they may be considered in violation of Open Meeting Law.
If you would instead prefer to submit a public comment via email, we encourage you to copy the City Administrator on your initial email and request each City Council member receive a hard copy. Staff will then provide your comments to the City Council during their next regular meeting. At that time, City Council members may discuss the email during their Regular Meeting held on the first Monday of every month at 6:30 PM.
