Community Wellness Assistance

The Lakes Area Food Shelf (LAFS) is a non-profit public charity that has served the communities of Pequot Lakes, Nisswa, Breezy Point, Lake Shore, Jenkins, and the surrounding area since 1980. 

Operating solely upon donations, the LAFS serves as a Community Resource Hub for Northern Crow Wing County assisting many families and communities in need. As a municipality in Crow Wing County, and a neighbor of LAFS, they serve as the City of Breezy Point's primary wellness assistance organization.
