City of Breezy Point Comprehensive Plan
In January of 2020, the Breezy Point City Council voted to adopt an update to the City’s Comprehensive Plan. The Comprehensive Plan reflects the goals of the City of Breezy Point and drives future development of City by serving as a guide for future Ordinance Amendments, rezoning requests, and capital improvements such as road improvements, sewer extensions and parks.
